All Eyez on Me is written by Jeremy Haft, Eddie Gonzalez, and Steven Bagatourian. The film stars Demetrius Shipp Jr, Danai Gurira, Kat Graham, Dominic L. Santana, Jamal Woolard (Notorious,2009), Annie Ilonzeh, Rayan Lawrence, and Lauren Cohan. The movie that is to be released 21 years after Tupac’s death, was initially supposed to be directed by John Singleton. He fell out from the deal due to the fact that his idea of Tupac in his movie was different from the one supposed to be portrayed, but still hopes of making his own movie.
All Eyez on Me is to be produced by David Robinson, L T Hutton, and James G. Robinson with Morgan Greek Productions, Codeblack Films, and Program Pictures. The latest trailer (4th) of the movie was released on April 6, 2017, and the movie is named after Tupac’s fourth Album ‘All Eyez on Me’ released on February 13, 1996.
All Eyez on Me is to hit the cinemas on June 16, 2017, which is going to be Tupac Shakur’s 46th Birthday.
Filming was begun in Atlanta, Georgia and was concluded in Las Vegas Nevada.
